Refund Policy for Cheddar View Acres

Effective Date: January 13, 2026

All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales, vendor fees, and purchases made through Cheddar View Acres are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions – Force Majeure (Acts of God)

Refunds may only be issued in the event that Cheddar View Acres cancels an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather or natural disasters

• Government Tyranny

• Public safety emergencies

• Other unforeseen events that make it impossible to proceed

In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at the sole discretion of Cheddar View Acres.

Non-Qualifying Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Weather that does not result in cancellation

• Personal reasons or change of plans

• Artist or lineup changes

• Travel issues

Event Continuity

Events may proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. Delays, adjustments, or modifications to programming do not qualify for refunds.

We aim to create an incredible experience regardless of circumstances, and appreciate your understanding that live events can involve variables beyond our control.
